| Shipment of products is made either by
container shipped overseas, by packing case for smaller orders, or by airfreight. All
shipping costs are paid by the customer. Container
Shipments and Packing Cases
Products shipped by container are packaged in either 20' or 40' containers. Packing
cases are shipped by sharing a container with other exporters.
Shipping cost: amount to approximately 15% to 20% of the total purchase but depending
on location and shipment method e.g. container ( 20’ or 40’) or packing case. As

Shipping Rates.
Air Freight Shipments
Smaller orders are usually shipped this way, unless the airfreight cost is more than
20% of the total purchase. Then the order is shipped in packing cases by container which
may be shared by other exporters.
You may also choose to have your order shipped by air freight regardless of the cost of
shipping, and we can provide you with quotations.
The Safe Delivery of Your
Product!
We take great pride in our work, and want you to be pleased
with your purchase and the delivery of your product. We therefore go to great
lengths to eliminate the possibility of damaged product by carefully packing your shipping
container.
However, we recommend that you insure your furniture against shipping damage, so in the remote possibility that damage may
occur during shipment you are able to make a claim against your insurance company.
In the unlikely event that you feel that the quality of our furniture is not up to standard, you may make a claim against us, but we will expect documentation
through photographs and signed descriptions to this effect. We also reserve the right to
visit your site to inspect the pieces ourselves, but in any case we will replace any such item.

Discount Offers
We offers volume discounts
for a variety of its products. Purchases in container offer the best opportunity for
reduced costs per item. We consider the lowest cost shipping method for all orders, which
saves you money. In every shipment, we can guarantee:
- The best allocation of container space so as to increase shipping
volume without spending extra money
- The best shipping schedule planning which help our international
shippers.
Payment Options
Payment can also be made by wire or by check. For
full container loads or more, we may request an Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Contact us
for our bank's requirements. As with domestic and international orders, we expect a down
payment of at least 30% on placement of all orders and full payment at shipment on receipt of
a faxed copy of the
shipping or airfreight documents.
